looks_one1. Grant of License & Usage Rights

By downloading, installing, or using any digital assets, plugins, or software ("Products") provided by The Motion Century, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). This agreement grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Products according to the tier you have purchased.

Single-User License

Permits installation and use of the Product on up to two (2) computing devices operated by the single named licensee. This license covers personal projects and standard freelance client work where the final output is a flattened video or rendered sequence.

Commercial / Studio License

Required for agencies, studios, or teams. Grants usage across multiple workstations based on the specific seat-count purchased. Required for incorporation into broadcast television, streaming network originals, or theatrical releases.

looks_two2. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

The Motion Century adopts a strict stance to protect the intellectual property of its digital ateliers and creators. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this agreement.

No Redistribution or ResaleYou may not repackage, sub-license, share, or distribute the raw project files, scripts, or templates on any platform, marketplace, or peer-to-peer network.

Absolute Ban on AI TrainingYou are explicitly prohibited from using, scraping, or modifying the Products (including code, visual assets, and metadata) as inputs, datasets, or reference material for the training, fine-tuning, or development of any generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or neural network models.

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from The Motion Curator if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the software and accompanying documentation. The Motion Century reserves the right to pursue further legal action or damages arising from unauthorized use or breach of contract.
